NFL PIck Sheet Contest Details

Pick the NFL games each week and win prizes!!

Only have 100 sheets available for each week

• This week's Pick Sheet MUST be turned in by noon before the first game of the week (generally Thursday, except the first week).
• Duplicates will not be considered for the weekly prize.
• Pick Sheet must be completely filled out including your full name (please write legibly).

• Weekly Winner (most games correct): $20 Side Pockets Gift Card, swag Tshirt and an entry into the mega drawing at the end of the season
• Weekly Loser (most games incorrect): $10 Side Pockets Gift Card and entry into the mega drawings at the end of the season.
• Submit a pick sheet all 18 weeks and you will also be entered into the mega drawings at the end of the season.

• The Mega Drawings: 4 names will be drawn for 4 Mega Prizes

1. $100 Side Pockets Gift Card
2. $100 to spend at the NFL giftshop
3. VIP Party package (5 guests - premium seating, 2 large pizzas, 50 wings, 3 desserts to share)
4. LDF Prize (branded prize from LDF)

• Entry forms are on the wall to the right just after you walk in the door (near the dart machines).
