No Purchase or Payment Necessary to Enter or Win. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning
1. Eligibility: This Side Pockets Restaurant and Sports Bar “Mystery Prize Envelope” Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older as of 03/1/24. Employees of Side Pockets Restaurant and Sports Bar (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers that are involved in this Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Participants”), and each of their immediate family members living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. How it Works: Beginning on 3/1/24 and ending on 3/31/24 or when supplies of Promotion game envelopes are exhausted, an eligible person visiting Side Pockets Restaurant and Sports Bar in Wichita, KS will receive one (1) envelope (“Game Envelope”) with an enclosed instant win message (“Mystery Prize”), upon purchase of a qualifying menu item (any food or beverage item). Alternatively, to receive a free Game Envelope without making an eligible purchase, eligible persons may send a self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to:

Requests must be postmarked by 3/31/24 and received by 4/4/24 (while supplies last); Limit one (1) Game Envelope per person, per store visit, per day (regardless of method of receipt), or per mailing envelope. Customers must present and redeem their unopened Game Envelope at Side Pockets Restaurant and Sports Bar, Wichita, KS between 4/1/24 and 4/30/24 (“Redemption Period”) to reveal their prize. Each Game Envelope will include one (1) Prize that must be redeemed upon opening the Prize Envelope (Exceptions: “Free 3 Hour Private Party Rental in The Brass Taproom” Prize may be redeemed at a later date, see Section 4 for details. “Free Appetizer”, “Free Funnel Cake Fries”, “Free 1 Hour of Pool” and “Free Daily Special, M- F” may be redeemed on opening date or for 30 days after verified opening. Participants that receive a Game Envelope by mail may present such unopened Game Envelope at Side Pockets Restaurant and Sports Bar during the Redemption Period. Only ONE (1) Mystery Prize Envelope may be redeemed per day, per person during the Redemption Period.
3. Verification: All prize claims are subject to verification. In the event of a printing, production or other error or irregular Game Envelopes, neither the Sponsor nor the Promotion Participants shall have any liability beyond reasonable efforts to award the advertised number of prizes specified in these official rules. Game Envelopes that are not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels or that are forged, altered, blank in whole or in part, reproduced, tampered with in any way, mutilated, incomplete or that contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, or other errors are automatically void. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Game Envelopes may not be transferred or sold. Only Game Envelopes obtained at Side Pockets Restaurant and Sports Bar, Wichita, KS (or as otherwise sanctioned by these Official Rules) shall be deemed to have been obtained legitimately.

· Guest list minimum-maximum: 25 - 140 people
· Not valid for credit or refund on previously booked parties
· Not redeemable for cash or credit
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR OR ANY OF THE PROMOTION PARTICIPANTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING INDIRECT, 5 INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN, OR THE PRODUCTION, PROMOTION, OR ADMINISTRATION OF, THE PROMOTION, OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NONUSE OF A PRIZE THAT MAY BE AWARDED. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. General Rules: No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of any prize by winner permitted unless otherwise agreed to by Sponsor. Any federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Persons found tampering with, hacking, illegally entering, or abusing any aspect of the Promotion will be immediately disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or damaged Game Envelopes or for Game Prizes that are not revealed & entered by 4/30/24. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its Promotion Participants to use winners’ names and likenesses/photograph/video for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Participants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Promotion, and the acceptance/use of prize. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor and the Promotion Participants are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering, or the announcement of any prizes or in the administration of the promotion. The failure or delay by Sponsor in enforcing any clause, provision, or aspect of these Official Rules shall not impact the validity, enforceability, or effect of any other clause, provision, or aspect of these Official Rules. No more than the advertised number of Prizes will be awarded. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree: (a) to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and its agents, which shall be binding and final in all respects; (b) to release Sponsor and Promotion Participants from all liability, loss or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion or in connection with the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize; and (c) that he/she acknowledges that neither Sponsor makes any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, and disclaim all liability for the provision, quality or nature of any third-party products or services provided to Prize Winners.
